Commercial and industrial services include new construction projects (from the ground up) and major renovations of existing structures. We bid all our projects competitively whether we are operating as a Sub-Contractor (under a General Contractor) or providing our services directly to the organization. Commercial and industrial electrical projects can be short or long-term, we make sure we communicate timelines and progress requirements effectively so that there are no misunderstandings.
